Huawei is searching for a Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for working closely with clients, planning project management and delivery priorities, developing project delivery plans and executing them. Includes project budget, procurement, integration, duration, cost, scope, plan and project start-up.
Responsible for project document management, developing various contract-based processes and deliverables documents, and developing task assignment documents.
Responsible for project team building, ensuring timely resource ready and release.
Responsible for developing a change management process, including assessing the scope, duration, and cost of the change, and agreeing with the customer.
Responsible for establishing a report communication strategy, maintaining communication and reporting with all levels of customers and internal management organizations to ensure that key stakeholders agree on information and understanding of project delivery.
Responsible to build, organize, and lead project teams, keep clear communication with customers, and manage customer expectations and satisfaction.
Ability to assist and identify new business opportunities, collaborate with clients’ teams to achieve sustainable project operations.
Responsible for equipment delivery, responsible for controlling project delivery costs, delivery activities, and customer handover.
Responsible for risk management throughout the life cycle of the project, effectively managing project scope and changes.
Responsible for evaluating and communicating project closure status.
Good at project document control and document management.
Requirements:
More than 3 years of work experience for project management, familiar with enterprise project operation mode; with Cisco, IBM, HP and other manufacturers project delivery experience is preferred.
Bachelor degree or above, major in communication, computer, electronics or related majors.
Excellent English skill is mandatory.
Proficient in project planning and scope management.
Excellent, mature leadership.
Familiar with financial knowledge.
Ability to speak, negotiate and manage conflicts.
Have the skills to solve problems effectively.
Ability to balance internal policies and reporting.
PMP (or IPMA-C) certificate is preferred.
