Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential brands suitable for introduction to the market
- Establish and maintain contact with brand representatives to facilitate negotiations and brand onboarding
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics departments to align objectives and strategies for successful brand launch
- Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, ensuring all key milestones are met
- Prepare and present progress reports, tracking all project-related metrics and providing updates to key stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or challenges that may impact the successful introduction of new brands
- Maintain strong relationships with brand partners, fostering open communication and collaboration
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- Important experience in FMCG
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, brand management, or a related role
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching new brands or products
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong understanding of current market trends and consumer behavior
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
