Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, ideally in design, construction, architecture, event, PR, or advertising sectors
- Native-level proficiency in Russian and working proficiency in English is required
- Proficiency in any other language is advantageous
- Highly responsible, self-organized, and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Skilled in navigating uncertainty and delivering results
- Comfortable with large volumes of information and adept at structuring data
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage global projects, primarily overseas, from initial negotiations to the grand opening
- Coordinate with team members, clients, and third parties for seamless project execution
- Handle multiple projects concurrently (up to 6)
- Manage and maintain detailed project documentation
- Ensure timely payments and manage relevant project documents
- Allocate team resources across projects, aligning with studio priorities
- Guarantee project delivery on schedule and monitor costs per man-hour
- Address and resolve emergent project issues promptly
