В Bayer требуется Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Project Manager will be responsible for localization of the IT services and affected business processes of the company in Russia. As a Senior leader, responsible to setup project organization for successful localization of IT services & Business processes in Russia, proper project planning, blueprint design, engagement and collaboration with business Project Leads and Stakeholders, management of internal and external resources. Project manager will be also responsible to setup proper service organization and initiate handover to support
- Manage project to agreed time, cost and quality criteria
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Produce and maintain project management documentation including project plans and project status reports in accordance with project management processes and procedures
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks
- Define and document all phases of projects including tasks, escalation paths, milestones and acceptance criteria
- Review and validate work plans of external service providers contracted to execute elements of the project
- Ensure that risks, issues and changes are documented and managed effectively
- Ensure the project is running on time and to budget
- Liaise with project sponsors, stakeholders, and project team in order to achieve project goals
- Produce presentations to communicate project goals and status to stakeholders
- Ensure that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Lead the release of the project to the support/services team
- Knows and complies with legislative and regulatory acts governing the production and economic, financial and economic activity of the enterprise, the decision of the federal, regional and local bodies of state power and administration, define priorities for economic development, pharmaceutical and agricultural industries, as well as the current versions of internal regulations and Corporate Compliance Policy at Bayer
Important for company:
- University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background, additional business education is plus
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in project management, in a technological environment
- Working experience in international companies
- Advanced English
- Understanding of Data Privacy requirements and limitations in Russia
- Ability to work in complex matrix organization with many stakeholders and delivery groups
- Adequate knowledge of technology, local and wide area network, telecommunication, data processing & storage, ERP, CRM, business process analysis
- Good knowledge of the business processes of companies in general
- Ability to manage change in the organization including change in the business processes and adoption of new ways of working
- Hard skills: Experience with different project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum ect), proven record leading complex project from beginning to the end, experience in risk management, knowledge how produce and maintain project management documentation, PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Soft skills: strong communication skills, experience working with senior leaders, influence, conflict management, management of project team, accuracy & attention to details, planning & priority setting, drive for result, change agility
