American FMCG startup with Russian roots is looking for a Project Manager.
Требования:
- An American FMCG startup with Russian roots needs a business development manager/project manager
- Company needs an active person with business development experience, who has elaborated his own or someone else's product or company
- Company just received our second round of investment. They have developed a great family product brand in beautiful unique packaging. They will be able to provide product details after you sign the NDA, but they are sure - you will fall in love with the product and the brand as soon as you see it
Задачи:
- Be as independent and proactive as possible
- Hire all the necessary specialists, whose hands will close the areas in which you and the rest of the team lack competence or experience
- Define and implement a go-to-market strategy
- Manage the sales process by executing plans, improving sales quality, etc.
- Build relationships with major retailers, starting with Amazon
- Oversee the online marketing process and participate in the development of marketing strategy
- Attend industry conferences to present and promote product
- Initially involves building a supply chain from Australia to the US and launching sales on Amazon
- Company created detailed strategic and tactical documents: supply chain, sales and marketing charts. An international team has been assembled: a brand director, back office, marketers and designers. In addition, they have to hire narrow specialists: logisticians, scouts, SMS, etc.
- Company has completed all the legal and paperwork necessary to start selling in the US and placing product on marketplaces, including all regulatory and FDA approvals such as barcodes, and a full Amazon account
