Role Summary:
MTLAB is seeking a visionary Project Manager to lead R&D team, driving the development of cutting-edge AI SaaS. This role involves team coordination, management of both in-house specialists and external contractors, and coordination of all project activities, from concept to execution, ensuring milestones are met within time and budget constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage a diverse in-house team
- Negotiate and manage relationships with contractors
- Lead cross-functional teams in development, managing timelines, and resources
- Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
- Monitor and ensure the quality of AI models and systems
- Manage the project budget to stay within financial limits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within tech or user-centric sectors
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with data protection and privacy laws
