A&D Mortgage is looking for a Project Manager.
Job description:
Manage projects that involve multiple vendors, departments and complex integrations.
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and manage full-scale project plans including external integrations and dependencies.
Define, lead and coordinate project teams.
Define project tasks and manage project resource allocation.
Support and direct team.
Manage project changes to achieve project goals.
Monitor and report project status to all stakeholders.
Escalation of concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
Provide guidance and direction to external vendors, as applicable.
Participate in project quality audits.
Facilitate development of Requests for Information / Proposals (RFI/RFP) for external services, as applicable.
Be able to work both in Waterfall and Agile mode.
Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in a Project Management / Business Analyst position, preferably in mortgage or banking industry.
Certifications such as PMP,SAFe, Agile, ITSM strongly preferred.
Knowledge of industry tools such as Jira, Confluence, and proficiency in MS Office tools required.
Strong organizational skills, task management and ability to prioritize multiple items is a must
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing is preferred.
English Intermediate is preferred.
