Abbott is looking for a Project manager responsible for leading & coordination of the company’s strategic global and local projects.

Responsibility:
Project management work in in the Russian I&D department.
Collaboration with Global PMO office.
Development of the system of effective management and coordination of strategic projects portfolio
Development and improvement of the project management business processes
Coordination of the execution of the company’s strategic projects: monitoring of the projects KPIs, estimation of the project resources, identification, assessment and managing the projects risks
Facilitating cross-functional collaboration for the projects’ execution
Development of the project reporting forms, preparation of the presentations for the top-management
Analytical support in execution of operational efficiency projects
Support in the development of the company’s strategic plans
Presentation preparation for top management.
Understanding and presenting project P&L.
Requirements:
Higher education in Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry, Biology or Bio technology . MBA is an advantage. PMP certificate or similar is an advantage;
3-5 years of experience in one of the following domains:
Complex cross-functional projects management at an international company or at a large Russian company in one of the following fields; Pharmaceuticals, Food, Cosmetics, Chemistry.
Management consulting
Internal consulting at an international company or at a large Russian company
Pharma industry experience is an advantage;
