В группу фармкомпаний STADA открыта вакансия Project manager (Transfer projects).
Responsibilities:
- Managing tech transfer projects (M&A, Footprint, local, CMO) from the stage of business-case calculation till the project’s completion at RU and CIS markets, preparing unified schedules in accordance with priorities and workload of the company’s departments, tracking delays and impact of those delays on the general schedule, concurrence and timely update of this schedule
- Cross-functional interaction with other departments (Supply Chain, Procurement, QA, QC, Production, Marketing, etc.) to resolve issues in the projects; interactions with project teams and, when necessary, escalating to team heads the issues requiring decision on a higher level of management.
- Timely informing other departments about the project decisions or issues that may impact their activities and concur the resulting outcomes (e.g. impact on supply continuity in case of anticipated delay in the launch date)
- Cross-functional interaction with third party for all workstreams, including concurrence of meeting agendas, participants coordination and consolidation of presentations based on inputs from other departments (Supply Chain, Quality, MS&T, etc.)
- Organizing, preparing and conducting meetings, preparation and update of MoMs, follow-upping execution of protocol tasks
- Documentation management support for transfer projects (managing folders with schedules and their update, documents with Minutes and decisions/actions discussed at the meetings).
- Support of the team’s projects, starting from the beginning, in terms of collecting, filling in and updating data into Project and i-nexus
- Collection of information and preparation of reports, reporting presentations at the local and global level
Requirements:
- Higher education (pharmaceutical, chemical, physico-chemical, technological)
- 3 years + of Project-management experience (certified PM)
- Work experience in a similar position in international companies
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry including end-to-end manufacturing process
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
