В SPLAT требуется Project Manager (Supplements EMEA).
Accountabilities:
- Define project scope, budget, and financial justification models
- Collaborate with the project team and ensure projects follow internal Stage-Gate process: set deadlines, assign responsibilities, prioritize and track project tasks, manage project schedul
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines, complete project timelines
- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Manages communication with external and internal stakeholders (product author, R&D (innovators, technologist), contract production, regulatory, finance, supply chain, market & product research, leadership team)
- Communicating with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Document project meeting minutes, issues log, decision logs, metrics, and other key communications
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Requirements:
- Graduation in pharma/econony with good business understanding
- Multi-years professional work experience in OTC Pharma preferably within Supplements category
- Experience in managing projects of product development and roll-out to the several markets
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and best-known practice
- Multicultural skills and willingness to work in international project teams
- Strong Emotional Intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong English on the level of being able to negoatiate commercial terms with the factories in Europe
