A large federal network of entertainment centers is looking for an active, creative Manager in Dubai!
Responsibilities:
- Support of the project at the stage of installation of the entertainment center
- Building business partnerships, including barter.
- Full management of the entertainment center with a restaurant: selection and adaptation of personnel, control of the technical condition, sanitary condition, etc.;
- Ensuring high quality customer service, both in the restaurant area and in the children's entertainment center area;
- Making proposals to increase revenue, attract additional traffic;
- Maintaining reports on all areas of the entertainment center;
Requirements:
- Experience in an activity park or amusement park with catering, or in a restaurant with high traffic is important
- Good knowledge of English is required
- Knowledge of Arabic would be a plus
- Experience in the UAE preferred
- Team management experience;
- High activity, "burning eyes", enthusiasm is MANDATORY!
