ZTE is looking for experienced Project Manager in Wireless Telecommunication direction RAN (SWAP and Rollout).
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the technical team management; Resource arrangement, technical team build and team structure confirmation, KPI making and evaluation
Wireless Technical solution checking, and make the technical proposal and solution to start the implementation, reduce the project risk
Target making for technical team, and follow all the teams work until finish the task
Support to make the WBS and work scope for technical team
Technical delivery , responsible for the final result of project milestone and final acceptance.
Communication with customers discuss with technical solution, planning and etc.
Requirements:
At least 3 years technical director experience for wireless project at Russia
Have a good comprehensive technical solution development, risk identification and quality prevention, and implementation experience
Strong communication, negotiation ability and team operation management ability
Ready for business trips
English speaking good
Better have work experience with top operator, and deeply understand Telecom direction
