The company searches for a Project Manager (Oracle Netsuite).
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
- End to end planning and execution of project delivery
- Plan, manage and communicate the progress of the project,
- achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum of the project
- Optimization of Resources planning and forecast with focus on overall project profitability
- Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks
- Strive for devising and implementation of best practices across deliveries
- Managing Team, projects within Timelines & Budgets
- Experience in managing project with Quality process
- Adept at project monitoring, control and Risk Management.
- Experience in conducting team reviews
- Mentoring and Coaching team members
- Contributing toward organizational best practices
- Coordinating with the Development team and getting tasks completed on time.
Requirments:
➢ At least 10+ years of ERP experience out of which at least 6-7 years' experience in Oracle NetSuiteERP implementation, consulting.
➢ At least 3 end-to-end ERP project experiences from Business Requirement Gathering to Go-Live.
➢ Should have to lead a team of 5-10 team of functional and developer teams for execution of the project.
Other skills:
- Must have Oracle NetSuite ERP software implementation experience. Any Oracle NetSuite certification will be preferred and will be an added advantage.
- A Strong background in Project Management, including experience developing work breakdown structures and project plans.
- An excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Force Management (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, territory management and Quotas), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfilment), Warehouse Management as well
as support (Cases Management and Territory Management). - Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an implementation plan.
- Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable world-class software solutions.
