This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to do projects from the very initial research to the final implementation. You will be engaged in a wide majority of projects in operations and supply chain, including cross-country and international projects.
Responsibilities
Make initial research and explore the project field, generate ideas and hypothesis, provide recommendations to projects’ stakeholders
Create and communicate an action plan for a project, align all project participants, and provide regular update
Implement the project yourself: follow the action plan step-by-step, involve key stakeholders, meet deadlines, and complete the project timely and accurately
Serve as the escalation point for projects in operations and supply chain, ensuring efficient communication, unified efforts, and clarity around objectives
Track deadlines, decisions, and action items to ensure continuous progress
Drive project commitments and maintain clear chains of accountability across relevant internal teams
Day-to-day tasks include partnering with other teams to understand the whole scope of the business - including but not limited to financial, legal, supply chain, and operations - and develop a seamless and frictionless plan to increase business performance and operational efficiency
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Requirements
2+ years experience in project management with a proven track record of completed projects
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experienced in project management within operations
Ability to understand complex issues from various sources, while finding simple solutions
Effective planning and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, negotiate, and problem solve
Upper-intermediate level of English.
