TikTok looking for Project Manager Lead.
Lead the client solution team strategy in terms of brand business supporting;
Improve the internal working process and efficiency;
Help team members grow;
Lead the team in educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately helping to grow existing business, helping the team manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners);
Coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results;
Collaborate with content partnership and product colleagues to develop, test, execute, and measure ideas for specific brand and agency clients;
Monitor campaign delivery and make adjustments/recommendations to clients with ops team accordingly;
Work with both sales and ad ops teams to timely launch, and assist in campaign optimizations to ensure revenue is maintained and balanced with client goals;
Campaign trouble-shooting when needed;
Knowledge of digital third-party servers, measurement, content and media verification partners;
Glean insights from data, and use that data to make client recommendations and inform future proposals.
Project management of brand ads campaigns from end to end execution;
Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially the mobile, social landscape in Russia;
Background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis;
Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks;
At least 1 year in people management
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus;
Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience;
Fluent in both English and Russian, which could be used as working languages.
