PUMA is looking for a Project Manager Ecommerce Russia & Ukraine.
Main Responsibilities:
Create and own project plans for cross-functional projects that connect local or global IT systems (ERP, Order Management Systems, Point of Sale, Product Database) to puma.com and marketplaces
Lead the implementation of new eCom systems and processes from the definition of business requirements to the successful roll out
Liaise with internal and external service providers for the technical realization of projects and the optimization of business processes
Ensure a smooth integration through all eCom systems and interfaces
Automate processes for different eCom functions
IT budgeting and project planning, business case preparation
Proper project and process documentation on Confluence and Jira
Requirements:
Bachelor´s degree in preferably business informatics, project management, mathematics, physics, business, IT
Data driven approach and commercial awareness with a strong understanding of Project Management
Strong understanding of current E-Commerce trends
Strong attention to detail and being able to understand and articulate business requirements
Strong analytical and communication skills and result-driven
Fluency in English
Must be flexible and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences including vendors, executives, managers and subjects matter experts.
