Drinkit is a fast-growing digital-first coffee chain startup in Dubai that aims to provide customers with the best coffee experience through innovation and high-quality ingredients. The company is expanding and opening new coffee shops across Dubai and MENA region, and is seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join team and help them achieve ambitious goals.
About the Role:
Company is looking for a versatile person for this role who is ready to handle diverse tasks, conduct difficult negotiations, find solutions, and bring tasks to completion. As a Project Manager at Drinkit, you will manage the launch of new coffee shops and support the current store. You will work closely with the operations and business development teams. This role requires a willingness to perform tasks manually on-site, such as assisting with equipment installation, implementing marketing strategies, and coordinating team members and subcontractors simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Be ready to find solutions for complicated tasks, manage suppliers, contractor search and management to meet our requirements
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Roll out IT infrastructure for the new coffee shops, find solutions for implementing the design concept
- Ensure a smooth transition from project completion to operational launch
- Manage project risks and issues
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Strong communication skills
- At least four years of work experience
- Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems
- This is a full-time position, and the candidate must be located in Dubai now
Nice to have:
- Experience launching projects from scratch with high uncertainty in fields such as events, opening new offices, offline businesses, new sales outlets, etc.
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders is preferable
- Preferably work experience in the food and beverage industry
