AliExpress Russia is searching for a Project Manager (Customer Service).
Job description:
Initiation, launch, analysis and support of customer service projects aimed at improving customer loyalty;
Organization of cross-functional interaction;
Preparation and protection of cases, requirements, presentation materials;
Monitoring and analysis of the market, technologies, best global practices of customer service;
Supervising the launch of project implementation at all stages.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above (management, project management, economic, technical);
At least 3 years in project management, strategic consulting, customer service, telecommunications, Digital, IT;
Knowledge of methods and best practices of project management;
Leadership, proactivity, systematic, analytical mindset, ability to make independent decisions, work in multitasking resistance;
Fluent English communication skills.
