Kimberly-Clark is looking for a Project Manager (Analytics).
Responsibilities:
Manage process of Central & Eastern Europe / Russian OGSiM workflow including annual updates and monthly performance tracking of the key initiatives progress
Lead of one of Russian strategic cross functional initiative
Facilitate Kimberly-Clark operating system monthly updates with CEE Leadership Team
Organize preparation for business reviews with CEE / EMEA / Global leaders
Support / manage strategic or operational projects with external consultants (PwC, EY, Bain etc.)
Analytical ad-hoc support of Business Development team
Key requirements:
3 Years minimum experience in analytics roles
Higher education
Knowledge of business intelligence, financial theory and practice, analysis and business implications of general business practices is desirable
Advanced systems skills are required particularly in Excel, BI tools. Knowledge of Anaplan & SAP will be a plus
Intermediate level of English both oral and written
Project management experience; strong communication and influencing skills; planning and organizational skills; presentation skills
Understanding in general business process.
