Home and Joy Real Estate searches for a Project Manager to join their team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Identifying customer requirements and developing a project plan;
Searching for contractors to implement the following tasks:
Development and configuration of CRM-system for the sales department;
Creation of WEB-resource for the company for marketing purposes;
Development and implementation of marketing strategy, selection of the most productive advertising tools;
Assignment of tasks and control over the execution of work;
Risk assessment and development of risk management plans;
Organization of communication between project team members and the customer;
Monitoring of project implementation and timely response to deviations from the plan;
Project budget management and cost reporting;
Evaluating the quality of work and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1 year or more project management experience;
Experience in organizing the development and configuration of CRM-system;
Experience in organizing a WEB resource for the company for marketing purposes;
Experience in organizing and implementing a marketing strategy;
Knowledge of project management techniques (e.g. Agile, Waterfall);
Excellent communication and persuasion skills;
Ability to work in a team and motivate to achieve goals;
Responsibility and decision-making skills;
Experience in real estate will be an advantage
