Key responsibilities:
- Execute industrial and supply chain transformation projects for the plant (production line transfers, new production lines, new products or product/process evolutions)
- Represent plant as a donor or receiving site in general project workflow (Waterfall or Agile)
- Prepare plant Capex/Opex inputs for business case creation (BCI) and Welcoming & Delegation contracts (W&D)
- Close collaboration with central project team: Industrialization, R&D, Logistics, Procurement
- Animate a local cross-functional team (build and coordinate schedules, realize SIM with key contributors from Manufacturing Engineering (Methods), Quality, Supply Chain, Technical Support, Production)
- Coordinate local qualification runs (EP, MP, PR), ramp-up and smooth process handover to mass production
- Ensure the project stage gate deliverables are fulfilled, prepare reports and represent plant for Steering Committee
- Achieve financial objectives for budget and product cost, control depreciation, prepare monthly spend reports
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing Engineering or Electronics
- 3 years of experience leading industrialization or industrial transformation projects
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to drive several projects at the same time
- Strong problem solving skills, ability to identify risks and promote solution
- Good Latvian, Russian and English language skills
