IKEA is looking for a Project Leader for External Services (Leasing).
Main Responsibilities:
Own the full cycle of the Lease process according to Companies’ standards and policies;
Acquire right tenant at the right place, for right time frame;
Analyze the market in competition area;
Negotiations and relations development with potential tenants;
Prepare presentations for potential tenants or related third party;
Close cooperation with other departments in DC Esipovo. Building long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships with external companies and with IKEA units;
Maintain contract relations with all tenants.
Planning, implementing, and maintaining the setup of warehousing services for third parties at Esipovo;
Take part in the negotiations of the contract terms with interested third parties and develop and implement operational setup, warehousing process/concepts and agreed technology;
Striving for high performance at the lowest cost and long-term profitability, acting responsibly and thereby creating great customer experience;
Taking direct responsibility to manage the assigned project and to lead the connected project team;
Ensuring the realization of the project objectives according to the specific project brief all within agreed scope, time, budget, and with expected quality;
To manage the project within set frames and scope, time and budget agreed with the Project Steering Group;
Establish and lead the project group(s) and organisation structures needed for cooperation, communication, and delivery of the project;
To report the project status to the specific project Steering Group on a regular basis in a relevant and transparent way, including any significant risks /deviations on time, cost or quality or other deviations to the intended project result.
What you’ll need to have to be successful in this job:
Excellent knowledge in project management: including methods and tools; scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication, procurement, and how to integrate these processes;
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in leasing of premises;
Minimum 3 years in a leadership position in a relevant field;
Collaborative mindset: good at building relationships across and outside the organisation and having influence and personal impact by using good communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to translate business and customer needs into development initiatives;
Ability act both within the framework and develop solutions in order to achieve local/market/organization goals;
You are eager to develop solutions and lead project to achieve business excellence;
You have a passion to drive change, deliver results;
Stakeholder management skills: knowledge of how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders in a project, process, or question to make things happen;
You see the big picture, identify financial impact;
Change management skills;
You are fluent in English (verbal and written).
