Boston Consulting Group is looking for a Project Leader (Data & Digital Platforms).
What You’ll Do:
Drive the vision for target technology platforms that deliver on client business objectives and outline an achievable roadmap to implementation
Set the high-level structure for the transformation effort
Manage to tight timelines and client deliverables
Provide hands-on training, and deliver the key enablers required to complete the project
Your team will include senior BCG leadership, teams of BCG Consultants, and both junior and senior client leaders working collaboratively to facilitate the transformation
Experience & Qualifications:
The company is looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry
You would typically have:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in large, complex enterprise-level technology transformations, with expertise around specific issues that arise with modernizing technology and data architectures (data lakes, in-memory databases, data governance toolsets, data engineering platforms etc. focusing on enabling advanced analytics use-cases (incl. AI/ML)
Have ability to translate analytics and digital strategy into data, technology, and operating model implications
Understanding of leading cloud and on premises data engineering stacks
Have an outstanding academic track record
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English and willingness to work within international team
Have excellent communication and persuasion skills.
