KMS Lighthouse is looking for a Project Lead.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating Product and R&D teams (distributed teams in Israel and Russia)
Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management
Facilitating Agile work methodologies, ceremonies and tools across the company
Support the Product Manager in communicating requirements to the R&D teams and getting results on-time with high quality
Assist in team development while holding them accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work
Communicate product delivery status, deadlines and obstacles
Assisting in OKR definition and KPI tracking
Requirements:
Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Developers, Designers, Product Managers, Data Engineers and QA Personnel
A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies
3+ years of experience as a PM managing complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams
Solid understanding of appropriate tools such as Jira, Trello or equivalent
Exceptional English and Russian oral and written communications skills
Experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels
Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
