IKEA is searching for a Project Implementation Leader.
What you'll need to have:
- Strong experience in people related topics;
- Store experience and Customer Support knowledge are preferred;
- Good experience in communication of complex topics for the wide audience;
- Experience in leading and influencing teams and managers
- Experience from managing change in a complex business environment;
- Proven ability to be pro-active, take initiative, prioritize and delegate;
- Strong ability to set goals, follow-through, deliver and follow up;
- Strong commitment to delivering to promise;
- Good knowledge of project management processes including methods and tools; scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication and how to integrate these processes.
What you'll be doing day to day:
- Coordinate the activities required to ensure that implementation phase are finalized according to agreed timing;
- Coordinate the activities required to integrate remote tasks;
- Organize and facilitate meetings required to fulfil the desired outcome of the work package, and follow up on the project plan;
- Support Project manager with tracking and managing dependencies and interfaces within the project and with other transformation activities;
- Deliver detailed and timely analyses on the project to the relevant stakeholders, suggesting workable and effective solutions to identified issues;
- Update and share status reports with the Project manager and main stakeholders;
- Identify risks, proposing effective solutions for mitigation to Project Manager;
- Escalate deviations of the project plan to the Project Manager;
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders and partners.
