Program manager is the role which is responsible for carrying out the coordinated implementation of several projects (where Salesforce CRM is core) and related transformation activities to achieve outcomes and realize benefits of strategic importance to the business.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited:
- Acting as a business user lead and project manager for global systems implementation
- Identify business requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Developing a budget and operating plan for projects and programs
- Managing testing, mapping, conflict resolution
- Ensuring projects' objectives are met including customer satisfaction, time and budget constraints
- Leading communication with the stakeholders to ensure transparency on project realization, risk mitigation plans and decisions needed
- Analytical support for business when needed
You would be a good match for this role, if you have:
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field
- Proven experience in project management, knowledge of different project management methodologies
- Experience in CRM administration and development
- Knowledge of Salesforce/ Veeva
- Knowledge of a program management
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
