The brand new startup accelerator Hackers Bridge is looking for a Program coordinator to focus on a content plan, mentorship program, etc.
The role is Moscow-based, with flexible and remote opportunities though.
You will work with a global team of experienced entrepreneurs (built a top YCombinator company that raised over $100M) to provide structured support to their angel portfolio via a boutique accelerator program designed to help founding teams test their product-market fit in the developing markets (MENA, LATAM, SEA), develop product roadmap and prepare a soft landing program for those teams that successfully confirmed PMF.
You will be responsible for:
- Assessing competencies gaps of startup founding teams
- Helping design educational (via partnership) and mentorship programs to assure successful and speedy product-market tests, and tailoring them to specific startup teams’ gaps
- Building a network of mentors with a focus on go-to-market, product development, hiring, and other areas in the key markets
- Inviting to the program top entrepreneurs from target developing markets as inspirational guest speakers
- Managing the overall program content and flow
- Working on continuous feedback and improvements from the startup teams
- Day-to-day admin support for the program
