Job Description:

- With all the environmental changes, like constant decrease of access to HCPs, explosion of digital and data agility company is focused on driving Transformation agenda in Professional Marketing. Company is accelerating deployment of modern marketing capabilities (precision marketing, analytics, e-com mindset) into Professional area. And at the same time, there is strong focus on route-to-market, reach of HCPs and securing sustainability of the business model
- The lead market for Professional Marketing in EMEA is Russia. EMEA had strong pockets of excellence located in various geographies, but historically suffered from approach inconsistency and efforts duplication across markets. The Region is undergoing significant transformation now towards new business model landing across markets and bringing in right modern capabilities and new ways or working
- The role of Professional Marketing Lead Russia is intended to support Professional Marketing transformation towards data-driven omni-channel approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Professional marketing strategy development and implementation for ОТС portfolio
- Drive Professional Marketing transformation towards omni-channel communication with Doctors & Pharmacists
- Professional marketing Digital Infrastructure strategic development (Digital Hub, CRM platform – SFMC, SFA Tool) – cooperation with IT, Sales
- Lead and develop Professional Marketing Team (2 Professional Marketing managers)
- Ensure best in class professional content development
- Work effectively with Franchises, Squads & cross-functional teams
- Drive Professional Marketing Innovation agenda
- Close partnership with brand marketing team to plan and coordinate communication via the professional channel
- Further development of tracking and reporting tools, as well as providing sufficient data for decision making and corporate reporting
- Leadership and management of outsourcing provider to set up detailing strategy, continuous knowledge improvement and excellent execution of J&J standards
- Ensuring brand knowledge and positioning among healthcare professionals by organizing the company's participation in congresses and other scientific and practical events
- Professional team budget planning and execution
Qualifications Required:
- Advanced marketing experience preferable
- Expertise in digital infrastructure (at least 2 elements out of 3): digital HUB, CRM (cross-channel communication), SFA. Good understanding of end to end journey orchestration is preferable
- 2+ years of people management required
- Fluency in English required
- Strong analytical skills
