Johnson & Johnson has opened a position of a Professional Education & Development Director Russia & CIS.
Main Responsibilities:
Accountable for share of voice leadership in professional print journals and major conferences, for development of high-quality educational programmes and educational events across region.
Ensure Johnson & Johnson Educational plans aligned to country business needs and that local speakers / KOLs are appropriately recruited, trained and developed.
Support Global PED team in creative development, compelling messaging, robust claims and material development for all new and existing brands
Ensure optimal levels of support materials and presentations in place for product launches and learnings from launch markets leveraged across region before local launch along with sales training materials
Work with EMA Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager to ensure full regulatory compliance across the markets and that entire team is regularly trained on regulatory and complaint/adverse event handling processes.
Ensure full PED presence in all main markets with robust succession plans in place
Requirements:
Science degree (medical doctor, pharmacist, scientist) is required for this position. Qualification in Optometry/Ophthalmology would be a plus.
Professional marketing experience in medical device / pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in managing Professional Education & Development/working in Ophthalmic Surgical / Optical Industry would be a plus.
Proven track record of strong technical capabilities.
Higher diploma / qualification would be a plus
High verbal and written communication skills in English with good command of business / technical English.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to manage complexity & thrive in fast changing environment.
