PepsiCo has opened a position of a Productivity Change Management and Engagement Lead.
Job Description
Develop program policy and ensure its update according to business needs (annual/ once in two years); defines potential changes, develops solution satisfying all Categories & aligns with SC executive stakeholders, and Legal, Tax, Employee Relations experts.
Drive 400+ MM RUR savings annually (from 70+ sites by 11800 employees via 3500 approved ideas).
Build a community of engaged & capable Eureka Leaders across 70 + sites in Russia & BUCCA to drive for results; serve as a point of contact to resolve challenging issues.
Drive monthly report preparation, communication, and annual Reward & Recognition process.
Lead Shift Managers’ School. Lead content development involving X-Functional resources. Ensure SC Leaders’ engagement and sponsorship.
Build capability in the area of effective communication: develop and deliver trainings on presentation preparation, writing skills; identify potential trainees.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key initiatives requiring change management support.
Develop and lead the implementation of holistic plans concerning engagement and communication.
Qualifications/Requirements
Skills in developing Communication strategies.
10+ years in roles requiring robust communication skills (project management, journalism, PR, philology would be an advantage).
Design expertise (graphic) would be an advantage.
Fluent English and Russian.
Strong writing skills (Russian, English).
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with information: is aware of current events, can advise & generate corporate news feed about SC.
Excellent team-worker/ Efficient cooperator at all levels in the organization/ Strong stakeholder management skills.
Business partner attitude / Effectively cooperates within the Matrix structure.
Self-driven and proactive. Focused, determined to succeed and contribute to team success.
Successful track record with an international FMCG company.
Knowledge of Supply Chain and PepsiCo business organization would be an advantage.
Fast learner, eager to develop & grow (professionally and personally).
