Luxury life style resort is looking for a Production Stage Manager.

High Season: Beginning March 10, 2021 and ending on November 10, 2021 transition into Low / Off season.
In this pivotal role, you will be:
Provide support to artists and artistic technical staff.
Act as liaison between artistic and technical staff.
Manage integration of cast, crew members, new artists, choreographers, coaches into production.
Enforce production rules, policies and procedures.
Manage rehearsals and training sessions as assigned.
Have knowledge of all apparatuses, equipment, props, decors, rigging points, stage elements, power, sound, lights, visuals, video & audio files, fx and all effects, basic knowledge of simple automation.
Ensure all equipment is in place and in working order for rehearsals and training sessions.
Call technical cues for trainings, rehearsals, show runs.
Prepare show pacing, show / artistic lineup, and communicate changes to the appropriate technical departments, artists.
Manage backstage areas during show.
Preparation and implementation of safety procedures, Facilitate and supervise emergency measures.
Maintain the shows records and procedures.
Manage archival recordings.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the General Stage Manager and Senior Directors.
Ideally, you will have:
College diploma or equivalent.
Training in theater technology.
A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in live show businesses.
Fluency in English written and spoken 80 TOEFL / 8 IELTS.
Knowledge of French or German or Spanish or Russian.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe and Photoshop or AutoCAD.
Other requirements (skills, abilities, behaviors).
Multicultural experience.
Experience working on various large-scale productions.
First Aid / CPR training is obligatory and if formerly taken.
Understanding and ability to navigate network applications.
Valid driver’s license.
