inDrive is looking for a Product Team Leader for the 'Freight' business unit, someone who would lead the product and guide it into a bright future.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the growth of the product's business
- Collaborate on the business strategy and decompose it into product goals (aka product strategy)
- Define the target state/vision of the product
- Develop the product management team
- Manage goal-setting, research, and development processes, maximizing the effectiveness of the product function
Qualifications:
- Experience in formulating and executing product strategies
- Experience in team development and management, including hiring and firing
- Business growth cases attributed to your product changes
- Experience in defining metrics and breaking them down
- Experience in structuring information and turning it into goals and focuses
- Understanding of how to ask the right questions of the data
- It would be advantageous to have experience working in ride/food tech or logistics products
