Team specializes in developing advanced analytics products aimed at enhancing a wide range of processes surrounding polymer production. Every day, they optimize and impact dozens of company functions using ML/DL tools and technologies, digital web development, IIoT, XR, Data Governance, and BI. Products tackle tasks such as simulation and management of the production process, logistics management, demand forecasting, and dynamic pricing, as well as engineering design.
What will you be doing?
- Managing projects in production optimization (improving technological modes, predictive equipment diagnostics, enhancing product quality)
- Designing and implementing new business processes and IT solutions, creating product development strategies
- Developing and improving product metrics, ensuring key business results are achieved
- Defining, updating, prioritizing goals and tasks for the development team, organizing rituals
- Communicating with business stakeholders and users
- Conducting resource planning, managing implementation timelines
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a product owner with a proven track record of successful product creation
- Understanding of product and project lifecycles in IT
- Technological background (experience as a data analyst, Data Scientist) or a degree in IT, programming, mathematics, or cybernetics
- Skills in organizing information and documentation, proficiency in tools like Miro, Confluence/Jira, Figma, Excel
