Assaia International Ltd. is working on a deep learning-based system that monitors and analyses aircraft turnarounds using incoming video streams. The company provides an Artificial Intelligence solution that watches turnarounds in real time to understand what is happening and offers predictive analysis to better manage operations. Assaia is looking for an experienced Product Owner.
Responsibilities:
Talk to the customers and the business team to understand the priorities of upcoming features and find out the ideas for the new features.
Maintain the product roadmap.
Follow up on the timelines for feature delivery with the tech team and make sure the expectations for the delivery times are set properly.
Deeply understand and track the way the users interact with the product. Be willing to improve their experience as much as possible.
Work together with the designer, facilitate the communication between the designer and the frontend team.
Be able to set up relevant KPIs and work on their growth.
Own long-term product roadmap.
Being able and willing to run small spin-off projects to quickly test a new product / product direction.
Requirements:
6+ years of work experience in IT, out of which at least 3 years in product development.
Experience in SaaS product management.
Fluent English.
People management skills, excellent communication skills.
Ability to think scientifically about product development: formulate hypotheses and not to take it personally when they get rejected in validation.
Technical background.
Experience with B2B software products.
Would be a plus: leadership experience.
Would be a plus: ability to quickly prototype with simple software tools (python, react).
Would be a plus: experience in the aviation industry.
