AWATERA is looking for a Product Owner.
Your Responsibilities:
Find new opportunities to develop our products/business unit
Set clear goals and track progress on their achievement
Manage product roadmaps and backlog, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, and turn customer insights into actionable initiatives for your own and development teams
Lead a cross-functional team in conducting postmortem reviews following product launch to capture and communicate key findings for continuous improvement
Work with business stakeholders to make data-driven decisions to improve and innovate the translation & linguistic product
You are:

Product- and customer-oriented
Comfortable with Scrum and Agile methodologies
An expert with good market and customer understanding
Experienced sales professional
Would be a bonus if:
You know how the translation market works (typical workflow, common practices etc.)
You are familiar with product and marketing metrics and related mechanisms
You have previous experience in leading customer / product-oriented teams or departments
