Detego is seeking a Technical Product Owner to drive the Integrational Strategy for the ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Design and deliver a detailed definition of the vision, roadmap, and a clear backlog supporting the Product Manager and Development teams
Work within one or more agile development teams to ensure that the teams never run out of work, avoid wasted effort, and don’t have to make non-technical decisions on the specifications
Iterate specifications based on developer feedback
Define the acceptance criteria and the definition of done to ensure Development teams deliver the right things at a right time
Define and analyze metrics that inform setting of objectives and goals for your product
Monitor and measure launched products (capabilities), key performance indicators, and feed learnings back into the product development process
Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, grooming, planning, estimation, UAT, demos, and retrospectives as necessary
Provide clear, concise, and effective communication of challenging messages to senior managementent
Drive continuous improvements within this specific business area
Working with Sales & Marketing to provide materials, support and guidance that help sell the products and reduce friction to on-boarding
Ensuring that technical user documentation makes the products easy to use and integrate into
Supporting Marketing in the creation of sales and marketing collateral
Develop our suite of ‘how to’ and ‘product’ videos to help our customers understand our product range
Present Product at Conferences
Your Profile:
3+ years of experience in a Product Ownership, Product Management, Project Management, or Scrum Master role
Understanding of the ERP systems principles, application integrations, data aggregation, and event-handling
Knowledge of Zappier-like instruments and other enterprise-grade tools as Informatica or similar
Experience with prototyping and wireframing of the products in Sketch, Figma, or similar tool
A strong focus on the user experience and creating easy to use products
Understanding of principles of Web and Mobile development and ability to scope and develop a product for both ecosystems
Project management experience would be a plus
Relevant people management experience (’virtual’ or direct line management) with well-developed leadership, problem-solving, and team-building abilities
Organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
Excellent problem identification and solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-compressed, and dynamic environment
Ability to independently manage own workload, proactively interacting with key resources as needed
Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies essential and Waterfall methodologies an advantage
To be innovative with new technologies combining best practices with new product ideas
Mandatory verbal English.
