Job profile:
Develop and maintain a strategy for user experience for clients and employees
Define a product vision and a roadmap that align multiple business lines
Increase time on platform and number of profitable client actions
Manage consistent client path across multiple applications and analysis of broken scenarios
Generate and test hypotheses, run custdev researches and A/B tests
Define primary product metrics, perform data analysis
An ideal candidate would have:
Deep understanding of financial markets and trading
Previous experience in a similar role
Desire to build the most convenient trading platform for professional traders and retail clients
Fluent English — both verbal and written
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT
Knowledge of technological aspects in global financial markets
Knowledge and understanding of relevant legal, regulatory, and privacy requirements for a global financial investment organization preferred
