Align Technology is searching for a Product Owner (InfoSecurity).
In this role, you will:
- Build relationships across Align while paying specific attention to stakeholders within the iTero business unit to ensure all aspects of Information Security team programs are operating effectively.
- Support global Application Security, Identity and Access Governance, Security Operations, and Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance programs as they apply to iTero systems, employees, contractors, etc. Tailor these programs as necessary to define top-notch system requirements and meet local iTero needs
- Communicate with Business Analyst (BA) to clarify system requirements during development and testing phase.
- Ensure tracing requirements from the documentation to the software products
- Work with IS BA:
- Be an active contributor to the system requirement definition
- Suggest solutions on issues coming from development
- Work in-bound with the dev teams:
- Splitting business requirements to system and functional requirements
- Owning requirements and sending them for execution
- Participating in technical design reviews
- Reviewing test designs with SQA
- Optimizing the value of the IS value the teams performs
- Being the focal point and providing guidance to the team in IS questions
- Demonstrating requirements to IS BA and architect
- Own Product Backlog:
- Clearly expressing system requirements ensuring the dev team understands them to the level needed
- Making sure that the assets needed are in place and in time
- Prioritizing the IS backlog regularly to plan activities
- Handling vulnerabilities and aligning their business priorities with stakeholders
- Ensure that the IS Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum team will work on next
In this role, you’ll need:
- 3+ year experience as PO in Cyber Security field
- Bachelor’s in Sciences or Engineering, preferably in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in software product ideation, definition & management
- Experience in development of medical device(s) combined of software and hardware components in medical imaging field as advantage
- Experience working in dental/orthodontic/oral surgical/dental equipment/dental lab as significant advantage
- Ability to write clearly and concisely
- Deep empathy for the user
- Comfort in matrix organizations
- Able to support multiple activities simultaneously to resolve scheduling and other conflicts to meet all deadlines
- Ability to work with limited direction, usually within a complex and evolving environment, to drive delivery of solutions while influencing cultural change
- Excellent communication skills. Asking questions, listening, facilitating and arbitrating discussions, and presenting ideas to groups large and small are all things you are good at
