Newity is looking for an experienced Product Owner who can lead an agile developer team to success by delivering new features and product improvements for the blockchain-based tokenization platform (Atomyze US).
Responsibilities:
Lead a SCRUM team as the Product Owner
Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories and epics to ensure work is aligned with the product strategy
Create a roadmap and requirements definitions, own the backlog and delivery of planned features
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories
Identify and mitigate impediments to successful completion of release and sprint goals or escalate to leadership as required
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager
Experience with or demonstrable knowledge of Agile methodology
Experience with ticket management systems (e.g. JIRA)
Experience in one or more of the following industries: Finance, (Commodities) Trading, Supply Chain
Strong technical ability (e.g., understanding of software development languages and techniques; understanding of APIs and databases) in order to communicate effectively with software developers
Understanding of usability and user experience best practices
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Experience in or relevant knowledge of the blockchain / distributed ledger technology space.
