MoonExpert (a payment service provider with a reliable online-banking and multi-pronged approach to online business) is looking for a Product Owner.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Control and adapt the internal setting of the product based on its current efficiency, profitability and other indicators;
- Build best practices and other recommendations/adaptations for product implementation based on personal and team experience in product implementation for interested merchants;
- Reactively and proactively implement further product development;
- Involve more countries and providers in the product as a result of promoting the product within the company among the database departments of various offices and directions;
- Be a Product evangelist.
The requirements from the candidate:
- An ability of processing a large amount of constantly changing information;
- An ability to adapt to new conditions;
- An ability to form understandable, implementable and testable requirements;
- A skill of communication with related departments (IT|KAM|BDM);
- An ability to dive-in complex business processes by yourself as well as in a team;
- Desire to develop in the role of PO and willingness to be responsible for the final iteration of the product;
- Critical and structural thinking, self-discipline and ability to organize others' work, pro-active position;
- Knowledge of the architecture behind the development of the product;
- An ability to see the product as a team-member and as an individual;
- An ability to create a mapping of the product and its short-term and long-term development;
- An ability to effectively prioritize;
- An excellent knowledge of the principles of user-oriented design;
- An understanding of creating-a-project standards;
- An Interpersonal communication capabilities in a high level;
- A high level of presentation and leadership skills;
- Merchant-orientation;
- Upper-Intermediate to Advanced level of English.
