Russia’s leading innovative biotechnology company BIOCAD is looking for a Product Owner.
Duties
Elaboration of the vision and product strategy;
Decision-making within the pharmaceutical development process of a drug: protein and gene therapy drugs;
Selection of the project team: assessment of the necessary competencies to start the project;
Drawing up and updating the road map of the project;
Backlog creation, prioritization;
Assessment of project opportunities and risks;
Team support during the project implementation (operational management);
Stakeholder engagement;
Resource planning, monitoring compliance with the budget;
Compliance with SCRUM events;
Sprint planning.
Qualifications
Higher education (biology, virology);
Experience with viruses, proteins, antibodies;
Experience in the laboratory, knowledge of regulatory documents (GLP, GMP, ICH);
Knowledge/understanding of working in agile;
Ability to search and analyze literary data;
Knowledge of English (C2)
Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
