Key objectives:
- Together with Head of Products prepare the concept and vision of the product
- Develop a methodology for the operation and functioning of the product
- Develop a flexible product infrastructure (x-functional collaboration)
- Develop a client control panel
- Participate in integration of liquidity providers and service providers necessary for the operation of the product
- Interact with external partners (payment systems and Banks)
- Launch the pilot
Responsibilities:
- Product owner is responsible for developing and delivering subproducts in close cooperation with product teams of external partners (payment systems and Banks)
- Participate in building and driving product strategy, roadmap, execution and on-going supervision of these products.
- In charge of building new products, and commercializing and monetizing current & future technology assets
- Communicate and advocate the product vision
- Define roadmaps and provide direction based on industry standards, competition and regulatory changes and to help drive operational cost efficiencies and streamline processes
- Analyze existing client usage data, detail client experience impacts and define migration plans accordingly
- Act as a subject matter expert for money movement and management functionality be fully conversant in the market practices and trends
- Work with Design team to define research necessary and develop design concepts for improved client experience
- Work collaboratively with IT and Technology development teams to improve products from the technical side
- Work with development teams to address questions / concerns during various stages of products development
- Proactively collaborate with cross-functional team members in Implementation, Onboarding, Client Service, Operations, Legal and Sales
- Solicit feedback and buy-in from cross-functional team members
- Clearly articulate value and ROI of use cases and solutions through success metrics and benchmarking
- Work with partners to clarify business problems and identify user experience opportunities
Requirements:
- From 5 years of product management experience (Product owner or relevant roles) in building customer facing and platform-based finance consumer products – specifically in Payments industry and/or Bank Card Products
- Understanding/knowledge of existing EU finance/banking regulations is a strong advantage
- Platform product management mindset, building products that can be leveraged by a variety of customers in various regions
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver online and offline products/services
- Strong Project Management skills - rally several cross-functional teams to successful launches and keep the leadership up to date
- Excellent communication and people skills - can work well with teams/individuals at all levels, including Executives
- Cultural awareness/ experience in geo distributed multinational teams
