About the role:
Fortis Digital Solutions is seeking a Product Owner to manage the new product for merchants in the service segment. The role requires a deep understanding of the service market, the ability to work in a highly dynamic environment, and a readiness to implement innovative solutions to achieve business goals. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant contribution to the development of solutions for the ordering industry.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop a long-term product vision and business model
- Inspire and communicate the vision to stakeholders and customers
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive products. Segment the market for precise targeting
- Analyze data and test hypotheses
- Conduct interviews and surveys with customers. Collect and analyze user feedback
- Create and maintain the product roadmap
- Prioritize feature development and improvements
- Work in a Scrum team
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
- Ensure product quality
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards
Who the company is looking for:
- Knowledge of Russian language is required for this position
- At least 3 years of experience in product management
- Understanding business needs in the service segment
- Experience working in international companies and proficiency in English are essential; knowledge of Arabic and Russian would be an advantage
- Excellent planning and project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or related fields.
