Bionorica is currently looking for a Product Owner Digital Health.

 

Your Tasks:

Observe and understand the competitive landscape as well as the latest trends in digital health therapies in depth
Dealing with the latest product-relevant technological, systemic and regulatory developments
Network and connect with important players in the market to stay up to date
Determine market potential for respective medical areas based on thorough analyses of market structure, growth and competition
Define the (digital) product strategy and product roadmap
Prepare decision making documents for the board
Planning, creating and prioritizing product requirements
Maintaining the product backlog
Creation of prototypes and wireframes
Close collaboration and coordination with the marketing, medical and software development team
Ensure that the product supports the company’s overall vision and strategy

 

Expectations:

At least 2 years experience as a product owner (m/f/d) in agile development
At least 3 years experience in consulting and/or in start-ups with a focus on strategy, business development, sales and project management
Strong interest in digital health and high motivation to build a career in this field
Strategic thinking, innovative mindset as well as a strong solution orientation
Senior agile project management skills working in a highly cross-functional environment together with clinical, technological and marketing teams
You have a high affinity for UI/UX
You make data-driven decisions
You enjoy working with cross-functional teams
You have strong communication skills and can convey content convincingly and precisely both orally and in writing
You are not afraid of challenges that require creative solutions
Ideally, you have already gained experience in the healthcare sector
You speak German and English; Russian would be a plus
