Сomino is looking for a Product Owner (Computing Hardware) who will be responsible for maintaining and developing a project of the Workstation PC Comino RM — high-performance 6-GPU computing machine with power up to 2.2 kW.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Executive Team to further refine the product vision, strategy and metrics, and define business and technical product requirements;
Define product use cases and analyze the requirements to meet such use cases;
Manage the product requirements throughout the product and project lifecycles;
Support ongoing and new initiatives including functional documentation of existing applications, contributing to the development of functional requirements for new applications and enhancements;
participating in activities throughout the project life cycle;
Examine competitive solutions and develop metrics comparing product capabilities;
Work cross-functionally with internal team members;
Collaborate with business partners to develop product strategy and drive project initiatives;
Plan, organize, and monitor requirements specifications;
Support day-to-day system use, resolve issues. This includes maintaining support and system documentation, escalating and tracking systems issues when necessary to insure issues are satisfactorily resolved;
Communicate the solution design / requirements to both Product Development teams and business teams;
Translating and simplifying requirements for both development and business;
Translate system functionality into business relevant language;
Document and communicate system changes to the business and members. Participate in change management internally with departments and end-users;
Work with Hardware and Software Development teams to implement the solutions and perform system testing and data validations;
Coordinate with QA Manager to facilitate UAT activities with end users / testers;
Manage defect tracking and resolution during development and UAT with Product Development and Vendor (if required);
Assist with creating training materials (i.e. videos or summary guides) and conduct end user training sessions upon request;
Assist with creating marketing materials;
Assist with creating tech specs / user manual / how to materials.
Requirements:
Fluent English (Upper Intermediate);
Up-to-date knowledge in computing equipment architectures;
Experience in operating high performance computing equipment (CPU- and GPU-driven, hardware and software);
Technical degree;
Structured approach to problem solving;
Experience in managing a team of 5-10 people;
Resistance to stress, initiative.
An advantage:
