Cryptopay is one of the first fiat-cryptocurrency services on the market. Company's goal is to provide you with a fast and uninterrupted opportunity to use the most advanced payment methods in the world.
Company is looking for a Product Owner for card program, the main goal of which is to increase the number of users and the average check.
Requirements:
- Experience in product management IT and RetailBanking
- Experience with payment systems and card programs is required (experience in foreign markets and development of card programs from scratch will be a plus)
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop the product in the right direction
- Ability to work with metrics, AB tests, Unit Economics to understand and increase product conversion
Duties:
- Development of vision, strategy and product priorities
- Regular research of the market, competitors and their indicators
- Prioritization of product needs in accordance with business objectives
- Communication and negotiations with partners
- Determining the budget, release schedule and scope of work, roadmap, backlog
- Formation of product hypotheses and their testing: customer development, A/B testing, UX tests, etc.
- Management of the development team
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of the tasks
