Travel-tech company Emerging Travel Group (Ostrovok.ru, B2B.Ostrovok, RateHawk, ZenHotels) is looking for a Product Owner (B2A).
Job Responsibilities:
- Improve the experience of agents when on-selling our services to clients
- Launch projects
- Set product plans quarterly
- Improve the current metrics: conversion, average check for B2A and retention, as well as introducing new metrics
- Manage one project manager whom you will task with launching projects
Key Qualifications:
- Professional experience as a Product Owner of at least 1 year
- Professional experience with metrics
- SQL and/or Excel skills
- An ability to manage projects and interact with a large number of stakeholders
- An ability to write user stories/jobs to be done as well as product specs
- An ability to communicate easily with developers in technical jargon and with the business side in the language of business
- Desirable experience of: working in an e-commerce project / of technical project management / understanding of the basics of cust dev
