ABOUT THIS ROLE:
The Product Operation Director position is responsible for overseeing and managing Xsolla products profitable scale and growth. The Product Operation Director works in close cooperation with new products creators and developers, as well as the marketing and business development teams — you will be involved in product improvement and accountable for creating, managing, and executing a product scale strategy.
As Product Operation Director, you will show expertise in processes organization, business judgment, and analytical problem-solving.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Play a key role in products profitable scale: create and implement growth roadmaps, set success leading indicators and goals, support all related works and make sure that all possible revenue streams are taken into control
Be accountable for products financial success measures
Assist in the review of contracts and other transactions for appropriate accounting treatment
Build and run continuous feedback-based improvement processes for successful products
Conduct products performance analysis
Support related marketing interview, sales pitches, PR and advertising activities
Assist Product team from early development stages through late days of product existence, as far as possible
RQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in a business field or or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of product management experience in a technology company
Ability to successfully participate and lead projects involving cross-functional teams
Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills.
