ETG is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products through strategic marketing initiatives.
This is a brand-new role, offering a unique opportunity to shape and drive our product marketing strategies from the ground up. We are looking for a high-energy, multitasking individual who is not just seeking a job but is ready to embark on a journey of innovation and excellence.
Your working area is:
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs including UX interviews, qualitative and quantitative researches.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and other stakeholders in creation of long-term roadmap
Product Positioning and Promo campaigns:
- Define compelling value propositions for our products. Develop clear and consistent messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Designing and executing marketing campaigns and educational content to promote main features and new product launches.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze marketing campaign effectiveness. Develop key product usage metrics.
Content Development:
- Create and oversee the production of high-quality marketing collateral, including sales presentations, product guides, and case studies.
- Develop and maintain quarterly/monthly content calendar to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
You have:
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing is a must.
- Proven track record of successfully contributing to product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
- Ability to manage projects of moderate complexity by himself.
- Experience in collaborating on product marketing strategies and contributing to strategic discussions.
- Customer-focused and committed to delivering marketing solutions that enhance customer experiences.
- Experience working in a global, Enterprise SaaS, B2B tech or consumer technology company is advantageous.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must
