inDrive is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to do the retention initiatives and elevate the communication strategies across various channels.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing projects that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns — Plan, launch, and optimize email, push, and in-app messaging campaigns to enhance user engagement and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Work closely with product, data, design, and regional marketing teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals
- Manage customer segmentation and targeting — Define audience segments and personalize communication based on user behavior and lifecycle stage
- Work with CDP and automation tools — Utilize platforms like Bloomreach (preferred) to build and optimize automated customer journeys
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance — Track key metrics, conduct A/B tests, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders — Gather requirements, communicate CRM strategy, and present campaign results to internal teams
- Stay up to date with CRM trends and best practices — Continuously explore new engagement strategies, tools, and technologies to improve campaign effectiveness
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in CRM, push, email and in-app messaging campaigns
- Strong knowledge of customer segmentation and personalization — Ability to analyze customer behavior and create targeted communication strategies
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools — Familiarity with platforms like Braze, Salesforce, Iterable, or similar
- Analytical skills and data-driven mindset — Proficiency in A/B testing, campaign performance analysis, and reporting
- Experience with CDP systems — Hands-on experience with Bloomreach is a strong advantage
- Good communication and collaboration skills — Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including product, data, and design
